Suraiya Essof

is a trained Industrial Psychologist and Educator. She is the founder and director of Kites for Peace, a global recreational movement for social change and the cofounder and coordinator of the Zimbabwe Cares Network, a network of over 150 community organizations in Zimbabwe.

She is a small business owner and a Leadership/Life Skills remote educator for adults and children in the UK, US, China and India.
She teaches Business Leadership for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma at Oakwood Academy.

Suraiya is also a syllabus content creator and trainer for academic skills and Enrichment.

She is on the board of Ignite Youth Organisation and is passionate about spreading the message of peace and community upliftment particularly through the youth.

In 2020 Suraiya was profiled by the Guardian UK as one of ’20 Outstanding Women of Zimbabwe’.
