Hazel works at Zimbabwe Environmental Law Association (ZELA) as a Legal Officer. She graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a Bachelor of laws honours degree in 2017. Hazel is currently studying a Master of laws in Land and Natural Resources Law at the University of Zimbabwe. She has worked in private practice, as a magistrate as well as a general counsel for a private company and a state enterprise. She is passionate about land and natural resource governance, human rights and environmental justice. Hazel works with marginalized groups particularly women, girls and youth promoting environmental justice, sustainable and equitable use of natural resources.

She is a Pastor, qualified lawyer and Gallup certified strength coach. Currently she is the COO of her own Personnel training consultancy. She has coached hundreds of people from manufacturing, financial and tourism institutions. Her vision is to see Africa become an icon of leadership, and her purpose is to train millions of Africans to become authentic, credible and caring leaders. She writes articles for magazines, and is a speaker for International events and virtual discussions on leadership and personal development. She is a professional who has lived in Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Mozambique. She speaks English, Shona, Swahili and Portuguese. She loves to help people live out their best potential through their strengths, and become leaders that uplift their communities. Joyce Mutangara lives in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, with her husband and three children.

Peter is a seasoned senior executive with over 12 years of experience leading critical support functions across Zimbabwe’s development and financial sectors. He currently serves as the Divisional Head of Administration and Logistics at the Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ), where he plays a pivotal role in enabling the successful execution of national infrastructure projects. His work ensures that teams delivering large-scale interventions—across water and sanitation, housing, irrigation, transport, and energy—are backed by robust operational support. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction), a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Banking, and is a certified PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner. His leadership journey is marked by global recognition: he is a proud 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow, having undergone advanced leadership training at the University of Nevada, Reno (USA), and he is also a One Young World Ambassador, celebrated for his dedication to ethical leadership and youth development. Earlier in his career, Peter was selected for the prestigious Pan-African Graduate Programme at Barclays Africa, gaining intensive training in business operations, finance, administration, and procurement across regional markets. At Ignite Youth Organisation Zimbabwe, Peter brings a powerful blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and global exposure to the Board.
