The Program provides:

•  Hands-on practical learning through field trips to established enterprises.
• Develops both hard and soft entrepreneurship skills such as: budgeting, pitching, business plan modeling, effective communication, accountability, confidence building, critical thinking, active listening, providing good feedback, building community, event planning, time management, and problem solving.
• Have access to business and professional mentors.
• Pitch Nights to strengthen presentation skills and provide an opportunity for upcoming youth businesses to access support from investors.
