These influential figures not only captivated the audience with their journeys but also provided practical tips on how to identify market needs and align them with personal passions. Ayanda Candice, a Zimbabwean beauty pageant titleholder, model and activist for those with albinism shared her empowering journey of embracing her albinism in the modeling industry, highlighting how she overcame societal challenges and self-doubt to become a source of inspiration for others, proving that true beauty shines from within and can break barriers.

Next, Vickie Mlilo took the stage, sharing her remarkable journey in the mental health industry. The event continued with Nicole Jamu, a Zimbabweanradio personality passionately recounted her journey of transforming her love for media into a sustainable career, highlighting how she not only navigated the challenges of sexual harassment and abuse prevalent in the workplace but also inspired others to stand up against such injustices, advocating for a safer environment in the media industry.

Selma Mutenda, a renowned advocate for women in business, inspired the audience with her insights on empowerment and collaboration. Selma emphasized that success is often collective and that building networks of support can dramatically enhance one’s journey.
